Chef Caroline Extraordinaire

Chef Caroline founded eden's market in 2007 after discovering the healing powers and health benefits associated with integrating raw, vegan, and living foods into her diet.  Prior to raw, vegan, and living foods, Caroline struggled with obesity, depression, and high blood pressure.  When Caroline began consuming more raw foods in 2005, she started to understand the absolute necessity of integrating uncooked, plant-based foods into her diet for optimum health and happiness.  Raw and vegan food helped Chef Caroline lose nearly 80 pounds and combat depression and high blood pressure.

The healing powers that Chef Caroline experienced as a result of altering her diet to include raw and vegan food not only changed her mentally and physically, but it also contributed to reshaping her life's purpose and mission.  The health benefits and power of raw and vegan food fueled Chef Caroline's mission to educate men, women, and children about the importance of integrating plant-based food into their diet.

Chef Caroline is the co-author of "A Mother and Daughter Diary of Raw Food Recipes for Beginners", the creator of Caroline's Handmade Flax Seed Crackers and Granola, co-host of the Milwaukee Public Television series 'Cooking Raw', and a licensed and certified raw foods chef, instructor, and motivational speaker.   Chef Caroline has undergone extensive raw food training through internationally renowned raw food educational programs.
